A comfortable and safe living environment is provided by the mechanical systems of the home.  Your Inspector will evaluate the safe operational condition of each system and report defects. 

Including:

  • furnace; operation of, electrical connections, bonding, flame impingement, excessive rust or scale 
  • the evaporator coil, freon lines, electrical connections, drain pans, drain line size and fall 
  • ducting; strapping, air leaks
  • returns, air filters, air leaks
  • venting; vent pipe type, contact with combustibles

     A/C compressor; present condition, operation, electrical connections, condition of power supply, location of disconnect, GFIC present, breaker sizing, freon lines, placement.

    Each of these mechanical items is carefully evaluated and inspected, deficiencies are digitally photographed and noted on Your Home Inspection Report.
