   Major defects in the structure can be extensive and costly to repair.  The two main components of the structure are the foundation and the framing system. Each of the components is critical in providing the building with long-lasting comfort and safety.

On existing structures, your Inspector shall submit his observation to the condition of the foundation and report on his finding pertaining to the condition of the framing.
