because symptoms of larger problems are often found in the various rooms of your home. Some of these items inspected

rise and run of treads correct? handrails secured and properly installed? spacing on balusters correct? newel posts secure?
- mechanical
distributions; such as electrical outlets, and HVAC distributions
- interior
doors, close and latch properly?
- mechanical
doors, not properly sealed
- safety hazards
